Aigboje Higo is the current Managing Director of Capital Bancorp Plc from 2009 till date. He is a seasoned Investment Banker, Stockbroker and Pension Fund Manager with over 34 years of exposure, and expertise in the Financial Service industry. Prior to working at Capital Bancorp Plc, Higo developed, progressed and advanced in his career. He was made the Managing Director/CEO of Pensions Alliance Limited; a subsidiary of FSDH from 2005 till 2009. Due to his hard work and impeccable commitment to professionalism, he was made a Director in FDSH Asset Management Limited from 2003 to 2009. Higo also functioned as the Chief Operating Officer at FSDH Securities Limited from 1995 till 2005. Earlier in his career, Higo worked as a Financial Analyst with Prudent Stockbrokers Ltd from 1987 to 1990 and rose to become the Manager for Corporate Finance at Prudent Merchant Bank Plc in 1990 and resigned in 1993. From 1993 till 1995, he worked as an Assistant Manager at Capital Bancorp Plc. In 1988, Higo became an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in 1993. Aigboje Higo studied International Business at Howard University, Washington D.C, and bagged his B.B.A in 1984 and was also awarded his M.B.A at American University, Washington D.C, USA, in 1985.

Opeyemi Ayoola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

She holds the Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Caleb University Imota, Lagos and also an HND in Accounting from The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State. She has over two (2) decades of working experience that cut across Finance, Securities dealing, Stockbroking Operations, and Relationship Management.

Prior joining Capital Bancorp Group in 2008, Opeyemi worked with NigerDock Plc as Payroll/Cost Accountant. She is also an Authorised dealing clerk of both the Nigerian Exchange Limited and NASD, he is duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission. She is currently the Ag Managing Director of BSL – Brokerage, Trading, Market making, Securities Lending.

Mrs. Opeyemi Ayoola has over 13 years of experience in Financial Services Sector. She joined Capital Bancorp Group in 2008 and currently heads Stockbroking Operations of Bancorp Securities. Prior joining the Group, she worked with Nigerdock Nigeria Plc as Payroll/Cost Accountant between 2006 and 2008. Opeyemi is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange; An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Mr. Adekunle Olugbile brings over 14 years of experience in Financial service sector. Currently, he is responsible for developing new client relationships and managing the investment strategy for client’s portfolio. Prior joining Capital Bancorp Group in 2021, he was the Managing Director of Securities Africa Financial Limited, United Capital Securities and UBA Plc. Adekunle holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, An Associate of Chartered Institute of Accountant and Stockbrokers. An Authorised Dealing Clerk of Nigerian Stock Exchange and SEC Certified Individual

Izuchukwu Nwaeze is a SEC sponsored Compliance expert at Capital Bancorp Plc.

He obtained B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Public Administration from Lead City University in 2014 and later, obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from the same University.

He is an alumni of the Nigerian law School, Abuja Campus where he obtained Barrister at law (B.L) and thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar. He is an Accredited Practitioner with Corporate Affairs Commission.

Before his appointment at Capital Bancorp Plc, he worked with Sky Capital and Financial Allied International Limited as the Chief Compliance and legal Officer. He held the same position at Mega Capital Ltd prior to his appointment with Sky Capital.

He is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
